I love this subject so much when I studied in my academic journey from undergraduate to doctorate level. Then, I put it into practice while worked in several companies internationally. Being a good strategist is not as easy as it hopes. It takes knowledge, skill, and experience to make a good and wise decision in your strategic thinking. I also believe that the secret of business is to know something that nobody else knows and try to think outside of the box.

Whether you are an entrepreneur starting up a business or a CEO looking at the bigger picture, or a consumer curious about what makes business successful, I will always find a different and unique strategy to understand the strategic reasons from those views. Therefore, in my analysis, I try to set realistic propositions, adapting to survive, and finding a balance. Long-term business survival depends upon the firm; constantly reinventing and adapting it to remain ahead of the competition in the dynamic markets, which are growing and evolving all the time.

Thus, in order to be called a smart strategist, you must equip yourself with the tactical and calculated risks to collect and use the big data for strategic-business purposes. Why is the big data so crucial? big data  comprises the huge amount of information, which can be used to win over the business. It is a capital strategic mistake to theorize before one has data.
