In finance/banking sector, I am an experienced international economist with extensive research and business trainings in banking (i.e. international trade banking, international remittances, compliance handling and monitoring, maintaining and developing customer’s journey and satisfaction in retail banking, establishing and conducting KYC-AML, financial risk management and its crime, maintaining stakeholders engagement with banks and non-financial institutions).
Strategic Management
I love this subject so much when I studied in my academic journey from undergraduate to doctorate level. Then, I put it into practice while worked in several companies internationally. Being a good strategist is not as easy as it hopes. It takes knowledge, skill, and experience to make a good and wise decision in your strategic thinking. I also believe that the secret of business is to know something that nobody else knows and try to think outside of the box.
Research & Education
Education plays a huge role not just in the technical skill set of a person but also for a personality development, maturity, and understanding of professional ethics. I believe that education must be happening throughout early phase of human life. In this case, pre natal, pre- school, primary years to pre-college and then university level. It takes at least 18 years of strong and solid character building for an individual before landing at higher education level.
Social Entrepreneurship & Female Empowerment
I am passionate about intra/entrepreneurship; specifically I target the education sector and financial empowerment for female for my social activities. I believe that education is the fundamental pillar to survive in order to thrive in the big world and female is also a key player in the society: family and workplace. Therefore, over the last two decades, I have been busy empowering and advocating them by sharing my knowledge and skill in doing and managing the business/economy.
